Security System Designer/Salesperson
Summary:
This full-time, in-person sales position is based in Metairie, LA and focuses on serving the Greater New Orleans and Mississippi Gulf Coast areas. The role centers on maintaining a top-tier customer experience while managing company-generated leads and actively prospecting for new clients. The salesperson will develop and execute strategic plans to grow territory sales, requiring travel within the region and ongoing relationship management with existing customers.
Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, highly organized, and experienced in outside or consumer market sales, with a preference for those familiar with security and alarm systems. Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest level of customer experience.
- Manage company leads while self-generating sales opportunities, prospect and close new customer accounts.
- Develop, Plan and successfully execute corporate and territory strategies to grow sales in accordance with company procedures and best practices.
- Travel within the Greater New Orleans & Mississippi Gulf Coast areas.
- Manage existing customers.
Requirements:
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Consumer Market Sales Experience Preferred, Extremely organized, highly motivated and self-starter
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and offer strong collaboration and leadership skills within team settings.
- Knowledge around Security/Alarm Systems (preferred)
- Ability to multi-task
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills
- Ability to balance the needs of the customer while maintaining company objectives.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Evenings/Weekends as needed

- Office located in Metairie, LA
