Request an Alarm Certificate for a Potential Homeowner's Discount

A monitored security system can save our customers up to 20% on their homeowner’s insurance.

  • We will provide your insurance company with a certificate stating that your residence or business has a monitored alarm system.
  • Alarm certificate will be emailed on the date the monitoring begins.
  • APS is not responsible for the amount of discount received.
  • An alarm certificate will only be issued to accounts without past due balances.

If the you do not provide the complete insurance information requested in this Alarm Certificate Form, APS cannot submit the alarm certificate and you will not receive the discount.

APS Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

This Referral Program is open to existing clients with an active service account. Referrals must be new clients who have not previously received services from us. Employees of Alarm Protection Services and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Referral Process:

To participate, complete and submit the referral form on our website. The referred client must sign up for our services and remain in good standing for a minimum of 30 days. Both the referrer and referee must meet all eligibility requirements.

Incentive Details:

  • For the Referrer (Existing Client): Choose between 3 months of free monitoring or 10% off your next upgrade.
  • For the Referee (New Client): Receive 15% off the installation of a new service.

Incentives are awarded after the new client’s service is successfully installed and activated. Incentives are not transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

Incentive Redemption:

Incentives for the referrer will be applied to their account within 30 days after the new client has completed the 30-day good standing period. The new client will receive their discount on the initial installation fee immediately upon activation.

Program Duration:

This referral program is valid until December 31, 2024. We reserve the right to extend, modify, or terminate the program at any time with 30 days’ notice.

Referral Tracking:

Referrals are tracked via the referral form submission. To ensure eligibility, referrals must be confirmed within 60 days of submission.

Fraud Prevention:

Any fraudulent or abusive activity, including self-referrals, will result in disqualification from the referral program and forfeiture of any incentives. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referrals to ensure compliance with the program’s terms.

CUSTOMER PORTAL PAYMENT GUIDE

Step 1: Click “Go to Payment Portal” button, or click here.

Step 2: Select “Register Now”

Step 3: Create a username

Step 4: Fill in the rest of information

  • First Name
  • Last Name
    Email address (must use email address on file with the account)
  • Subscriber ID or Bill Payer ID – can be found on bottom right portion of your invoice. Located below the Invoice number.


Step 5:
You will receive an email from paypoint@microkey.com to confirm your email address and create a password.

Step 6: Login with your username or email address and password.

Once in the portal you can do the following:

  • Update your credit card or bank information
  • Pay invoices
  • Request service work
